Title: Client Solutions Architect
Location: Wrexham
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday

Fast-forward two decades and what started as a single, dedicated PA (who’s still with us today) looking after calls for a handful of local clients, is now a 1000-strong team working across continents from our state-of-the-art UK headquarters in Wrexham, and our US office in Atlanta.
The role:
This role is central to Moneypenny’s future – supporting our current clients and helping us grow in the right way. You’ll work closely with Sales and Account Management to make sure clients continue to get the most value from our technology, whilst also helping us bring on new business. This includes working with clients who might be reassessing their service, and showing how our AI Agent can complement and enhance the service they already have. You’ll confidently demonstrate Moneypenny’s technology to clients, partners and prospects to show what’s possible. Acting as a CX consultant, scoping requirements, mapping journeys and building AI Agent flows, you’ll guide clients on how to blend AI and human support to deliver the right experience for their customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Inform and shape go-to-market strategies to drive adoption across both new and existing clients.
- Partner with Sales on live opportunities – demos, events, client meetings – to progress deals and accelerate conversion.
- Deliver product demos, workshops and webinars to educate clients on AI capabilities.
- Coach internal stakeholders to better position and sell the AI Agent into existing accounts.
- Collaborate with Marketing to create high-impact decks, case studies and value narratives for different industry needs.
- Provide consultative guidance on implementation pathways and change management.
- Collect structured customer feedback and provide product-shaping insights to our development teams
- Partner with tech teams to ensure functionality aligns to customer need.
- Scope customer requirements and design optimal customer journeys.
- Identify and engage prospective clients, demonstrating how AI voicebots can improve their customer service operations.
- Test, refine, and optimise live AI Agents.
- Provide early-phase reporting back to clients, including actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
The person:
- Proven ability to build and deepen long-term client relationships.
- Strong multi-tasker; able to manage multiple opportunities concurrently with pace and precision.
- Commercially aware – familiar with both current and emerging trends relevant to our markets.
- Authentic curiosity about AI and how it will evolve our business model.
- Exceptional communication – written, verbal and in live demo environments.
- Confident presenting to audiences of all sizes.
- Able to listen deeply, probe effectively and translate discovery into compelling proposals.
- Comfortable networking, representing Moneypenny professionally at events and meetings.
