Our story so far</span
To get a true feel of who we are, we’re taking you right back to the beginning – here’s just some of our biggest milestones yet.
2000
Based above Schwarz Opticians in Wrexham, we hire our very first PA, Lynn, to take calls for local clients.
2003
As our team grows, we move to a bigger premises on Wrexham Technology Park.
2006
Larger businesses ask us to support them with calls, and our Outsourced Switchboard service is born.
2008
We receive the prestigious Queen’s Award for Enterprise.
2009
We’re listed in ‘The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For’ for the first time.
2014
We branch out to the US, opening our first office in Charleston, South Carolina.
2015
Our fourth time recognised as a 'Sunday Times Best Company to Work For' sees us land within the top 5.
2016
Designed entirely around our team, we move into our state-of-the-art HQ in Wrexham.
2017
Fifth time around, we achieve another top 5 listing.
2017
Ever-growing demand & tech advancements sees us launch our Live Chat provision.
2018
We make our first acquisition, as the company formation specialists, MadeSimple, join us.
2020
Over in the US, we’re delighted to welcome VoiceNation and Ninja Number to the Group.
2021
We bring the whole US team under one roof in our unique office in Atlanta, Georgia.
2022
The Group continues to grow as Alphapage joins our family of brands.
2023
It’s official. Our own team vote us as a Great Place to Work (we’re still not over this).
2024
The Group continues to grow as Sunshine joins our family of brands.

We may be a team of over 1000 in the curvy white building next to the A483, but we’ve never lost that small business feel. We celebrate our differences and look out for one another like a family.
