Fast-forward two decades and what started as a single, dedicated PA (who’s still with us today) looking after calls for a handful of local clients, is now a 1000-strong team working across continents from our state-of-the-art UK headquarters in Wrexham, and our US office in Atlanta.
The role:
We have multiple vacancies to join our largest bespoke customer team. As part of this team if dedicated PAs appointed to a specific client, a luxury UK retailer selling high-end goods, you will represent the client to their customers as though based in their offices. Your role will be varied, meaning no two days are the same! Following a 2-week training course, you’ll support customers via a mixture of telephone calls and live chats, plus assisting with CRM management and support tickets.
What you’ll need:
- A confident telephone manner with good interpersonal skills
- The ability to use your empathetic listening skills to deliver excellent customer service over the phone
- Great multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good computer and data entry skills

- Starting salary of £25,100 (pro rata) rising to £25,600 after 6 months in the role

We are looking for people who can work a minimum of 12 hours per week on a fixed rota, within the following hours:
10am – 6pm Saturday
6pm – 9pm Saturday
12pm – 6pm Sunday
Your fixed rota will be agreed and tailored during the interview process, based on your availability.
